    “Supermarket there is enough within the resort. Also gastronomic establishment are plentiful in the area. Those who fancy a tour of discovery also finds plenty of leisure opportunities such as hiking, museums, mines, castles, etc. There is plenty to see and discover. For the whole family, young and old, has always been something. It should be noted also that we could take our dog with back and down everywhere. What was very relaxing, there is not always someone had to wait outside (as unfortunately so often!).”

    “Altendambach is a small village with no road restaurant and supermarket. Those seeking peace and seclusion and is not afraid to use it for (almost) all the activities the car is right here. Well-stocked supermarkets are easily accessible by car both in Suhl and particularly in Schleusingen. Starting points for wonderful circular walks in the Thuringian Forest (eg Vessertal, Great Beer Mountain, Snow head Kickelhahn and around Oberhof) are 20 to 50 minutes and the major tourist attractions in Thuringia (eg Zella-Mehlis, Oberhof, Ilmenau, Wartburg, Erfurt and Weimar) 20 to 90 minutes away.”
