“Ideal for a closed society of adult people. We found a fantastic restaurant about 3 km from .Coop in Cecina, which is perfectly equipped, including fresh fish and regional produce.”

“The small town on the hill is very cozy, the view is great on the surrounding villages, forests, hills and the sea. In the village there are 3 bars / bistros / restaurants as well as a small grocery store with the most important things as well as 2 for Italy typical "kruschtelläden" in which one found everything possible.
We were in one of the restaurants which was very comfortable and quaint furnished. Unfortunately it was very expensive and the food was not worth the money. Also, all side dishes such as potato wedges, very expensive extra. A pity. Child friendliness is indeed capitalized in Italy anyway! Even in the village of Riparbella there was never any trouble if the kids jumped around each other at 10 pm around the clock and were not exactly the quietest!
Things to do in the village itself, there were none except for the above mentioned bars.
The sea and the larger cities like Cecina were quickly reached. There are very beautiful beaches with sand and bars, as well as the very beautiful and beautiful rocky beaches. The nearest shops (larger supermarkets) found themselves in Cecina.”

“Riparbella is a small village with a few restaurants. Not much special. Driving and parking is a challenge (narrow streets and little parking space).”

“Riparbella can be reached via a small serpentine road, which winds approx. 3.5 km into the mountains. Fascinating the small streets, the friendly people and of course ... the SUPER pizzeria with roof terrace and wide views over the country.
But also the place Cecina as for us central shopping place should be mentioned. There are COOP and Lidl, but everything is much more expensive than we are used to. It should already be brought supplies from home.
The beach "VADA Beach" (about 14 km away), despite its in the past bad reputation a little dream. When you see him for the first time, you think of the Caribbean. Meanwhile, a beautiful beach bar has been built there.”

“The place Ripparbella is really small, but cute and highly recommended for a little hike.
We ate in one of the pizzerias and can deliberately recommend the Tuscan dishes that are offered there.
In the village itself, there is a small grocery store and a butcher, maybe even a baker, which we unfortunately did not find.

Just make yourself an impression of the place.”
