And this is how it works:

  1. Non-binding registration
    As a private owner, you can begin describing your holiday accommodation right away. Agencies can register by filling out a questionnaire.
  2. Describe the property
    Log into your owner area and describe your holiday accommodation. You can formulate texts, upload images, fix prices and maintain the occupancy calendar. In consultation with you, we will optimise the property presentation with a view to ensuring a smooth booking procedure.
  3. The advertising begins
    Your holiday property is now advertised on atraveo, TUIvillas.com and all associated websites. From now on, you will receive binding booking requests from atraveo, which you only need to confirm.

 

Does that sound easy? That’s because it is.

  • As an online travel agency, we will take care of the entire booking process for you. We will communicate with the guests and deal with many formalities, including the settlement of payment. The customer can thus choose between credit cards and other convenient payment methods. You, as the owner, will receive the net rental price - transferred punctually into your bank account by atraveo. You only need to step in again when you hand over the keys to your guests.
  • The registration and advertising through atraveo is free of charge for you. Only in the case of a successful booking (confirmed by you), will atraveo charge a commission fee. This will amount to 15% (plus VAT if applicable) of the rental price, including obligatory payable additional costs, and it will be retained from the initital payment. That is all. It is therefore a success-related remuneration; there are no advertising fees nor hidden costs for you.
  • The best thing about it: you retain complete control over the occupancy of your holiday accommodation. You alone decide when your property will be rented out and at what price. You are expressly free to rent out your property through alternate means other than via atraveo.
