The Eixample Esquerra was created from the Pla Cerdà, an expansion project of the city and its union with the nearby towns, made by the famous town planner Ildefons Cerdà.     “Housing to avoid.

    Nothing to say about the locality, close to the metro and less than 1km from many restaurants and shops. 15 minutes from the fountain of Montjuic on foot. This is the only positive point of this apartment.

    Paid 60 euros for the household while everything was dirty; the oven, microwave was dirty, mildew in the bathroom, hair everywhere, blood on the comforters, ..

    Comfort beds level 0 especially the bunk bed, super thin mattress I felt the metal bar underneath. The bunk bed looked like it was going to break with every move.
