Set in a quiet, sheltered position on the edge of St. Saturnin-les-Apt, which has local shops, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance, this villa has its own grassy garden with cherry trees and views over the plain to the Luberon. The owner lives in a property 100m away. You will enjoy a south facing terrace at the front and a shady side terrace for dining or relaxing and the fenced private swimming pool is edged with olive trees. The modern interior has been carefully decorated with attractive colours and fabrics and some lovely antique pieces. Surrounded by the Luberon Regional Park and its famous villages there is lots to visit, enjoy a trip to the unusual rock formations at the Colorado Provençal or a day out in the elegant town centre of Aix-en-Provence.
