Large, traditional stone house with a garden and a whirlpool, games room and a separate plot of land right by the sea
Your accommodation is a traditional stone house from the year 1893, which was carefully restored in 2011 in a rustic style. The holiday house with its large, fenced garden and courtyard is in a little village near Malinska.
The air-conditioned house provides 148m² of living space for eight people. Wooden floors and ceilings, as well as wooden wall panelling, make the house very cosy and homely. The former cellar has been given a new purpose and been converted into a games room, with a pool table and a table tennis table, as well as chess and air hockey. The rooms above it comprise a large, comfortable living room with access to the furnished terrace, the dining room and the adjoining open kitchen, which is fully-equipped. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the uppermost floor of the house. The first bedroom has a double and a single bed, the second has two single beds and a sofa bed for one person, and the third has two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living room if required. The two bathrooms each have a shower and WC. Internet access is available.
You have plenty of space to relax between the olive trees and roses in the garden. It has an outdoor whirlpool with an awning, with space for six people, and an 8 x 4-metre swimming pool 1.5m deep, with a sunbathing area. There are also a grill, a wooden table with benches, deckchairs and a swing and a climbing frame for children. The terrace affords a beautiful view of the sea, the area and the separate plot of land by the sea that belongs to the property and which you can use. It measures 11,000m² and is just a fifteen-minute drive or 6.5km from the house. It is an ideal place for swimming, sunbathing and fishing, relaxing in unspoilt nature. While leaving your car parked all day in the shade, you can relax under shady trees, where there are a table and benches and hammocks. Enjoy the beautiful views of the island of Cres, Istria with its highest mountain Učka, Malinska, the town of Rijeka and the hilly Gorski Kotar. The scent of the sea and the strawflowers is omnipresent. The playful dolphins that you can watch in the evenings are a unique experience.
On days that you do not wish to spend here you can also visit one of the nearby beaches about a kilometre away or vist Malinska with its shops and restaurants, as well as a wide range of leisure activities.
