Very beautiful an comfortable holiday cottage right by the coast, with a sunny terrace and a stunning sea view

This holiday cottage has been renovated and is a rustic and brightly lit accommodation in a spectacular location right next to the sea. This is the ideal place to relax while listening to the waves and enjoying the view of the sea. The house is part of the San Juan de La Ramble parish, some 30 metres above sea level.

The house features two comfortable bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The landlord provides duvets, bed linen and towels. On request, one addtional bed can be made available. Furthermore, there are two fully-equipped bathrooms with shower, toilet and hairdryer. The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped, including oven, fridge, microwave, toaster coffee machine as well as cooking utensils. In addition to this, there is a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. The living room is furnished with comfortable arm chairs, inviting you to sit down and relax, as well as a television with satellite receiver and a HiFi.

The property’s highlight is its large sun terrace complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. From here, you have a stunning, unobstructed view of the sea. The terrace is partly covered by a roof and is equipped with a barbecue.

This holiday cottage excels itself in its quiet location, since it is located in an area with no through traffic. All you can hear is the soothing sounds of the sea. Near the house are a number of restaurant typical dishes of the region on the menu. It is also only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Furthermore, near your accommodation there is a walking trail that winds along the coast.     “Beautiful holiday home with lots of space and charm and warm welcome and care by the landlord!
    The house is located on the quiet north side of the island and is built just outside a small fishing village.
    It has been lovingly restored by the owners and is in very good condition. It was very clean and all things for daily life were there, we lacked nothing.
    There are several terraces, which are equipped with seating or a small table to eat and decorated by well-kept, Mediterranean plants.

    You can not go by car to the house but on arrival and departure the owner takes care of a cart on the luggage to bring the car.
    Friendly owners, helpful, speak only Spanish but their son can speak English if there are problems.
    All the necessities in the kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, enough pots and pans ....
