Spacious holiday home with its own pool, terrace and summer kitchen, not far from the sea
This detached holiday home with its own pool is on an enclosed site in Cuges-Les-Pins. It is very quiet. The traditional locality on a slope lies at the heart of the Massif de la Sainte Baume. It is just a few kilometres from the coastal resort of Bandol, from the Callanques of Cassis, and from the beaches at La Ciotat.
The 140m² holiday home was renovated in 2012 and provides ample space for twelve people. The rooms are attractively furnished and decorated in harmonious colours, so you will feel at home here straight away. The house has four spacious bedrooms. One bedroom of 13m² has a 160 x 190cm canopy bed and a cupboard. The 16m² bedroom has a double bed measuring 140 x 190cm and a double sofa bed of 140 x 190cm, as well as a cupboard. The third bedroom with 16m² has a double bed, a sofa bed of 140 x 190cm, a separate toilet, and a cupboard. There is another single sofa bed of 90 x 190cm in the cosy relaxation area, which is right next to the central fireplace in the living room. The fourth bedroom has a 140 x 190cm double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The comfortably furnished living room has a 120cm plasma TV and an HDMI-interface. There is also a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a small counter, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate. The house has a free WLAN access.
The house has a 400m² flat plot of land. The two three-metre glass doors lead outside onto a tiled terrace with a summer kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven and a grill/barbecue. The second terrace is made of wood, is furnished and is located right by the pool, which can be used from April to October. There are also deckchairs, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hilly landscape. The 8.5m x 4.5m pool is also suitable for children as it has a depth ranging from 30cm to 2m. Two parking spaces of your own are available in the indoor area and you can also park in front of the house.
Enjoy sunny days by the pool or on the beach. The house is also an ideal starting point for nice excursions into the hilly landscape of “Collines de Pagnol”. Various shops, a bakery and a hairdresser can be found in the locality.
