Rustic, but modern and charmingly decorated accommodation in alpine surroundings, on a holiday complex with a swimming pond and an in-house restaurant, near the centre and ski pistes in winter
The holiday complex is right by Talbach, an oasis of tranquillity. You can spend a relaxing holiday at altitude in the “village within a town”. In summer the complex has its own swimming pond (not roofed) with warm water. It is right next to the little trout pond in front of the Talbach chalet.
The owner offers rafting, mountain go-carting tours and canyoning activities locally. The complex has its own restaurant, called Talbachschenke, which is open in summer from Tuesday to Saturday from 17.00 and every day in winter from 17.00. The Sommercard, which is included in the rental price, offers free entry to over 100 trip destinations and attractions throughout the region, such as free cable car rides, museums, lakes and so on. The card is handed over on arrival.
The centre of Schladming (bakery, grocery shops, sports shops, bicycle hire, ski rental, bars, restaurants, disco, pharmacy, ATM etc.) is only a two-minute walk away. It is about a seven-minute walk to the cable cars and ski schools. The ski bus stop is about 200 metres from the complex. Ramsau offers a beautiful cross-country skiing trail, about a ten-minute drive away. It is about 6km to a golf course. In winter you can have fun on the ski pistes. The four connected ski mountains (Hauser-Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm) provide kilometres of pistes for beginners and the more advanced. The seven-kilometre-long toboggan run on Hochwurzen is fun for all ages.
Chalet Alpengarten for ten people
The chalet provides a high standard of comfort. It was built according to ecological standards and is suitable for allergy sufferers. It provides 165m² of living space for a maximum of ten people. Two supplementary single beds are possible. The ground floor has an entrance area, a lockable, private and heated ski depot and a cloakroom. The big bathroom comprises a sauna, shower and double washbasin. There is a separate WC. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on this floor. The living room-kitchen provides a cosy tiled fireplace stove and a big sitting corner. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The upper floor has a hallway and a big bathroom with a shower and double washbasin and a second WC. There are also four bedrooms each with a double bed.
The chalet has a large terrace with private garden.
