A cozy cabin located in beautiful surroundings. From the cabin there is 300 meters to the start of the alpine lifts. The ski resort has three slopes and is very child-friendly. It is also possible to take the lift to the top to enter the cross-country ski tracks, or you can take the trails around the mountain. In the area there are over 70 kilometers of cross-country ski trails. There are also marked hiking trails in the area. If you want to see more of Norway you can head to Sølenfjellet which is 3 miles away. This is one of three mountains in Norway that you see most of. In the area there is a rich wildlife with moose in the forest and reindeers on the mountain. For spectacular scenery Jotulhogget, further north in Rendalen, is worth a visit. There are also opportunities for day trips to Femundsmarka and Trysilfjellet. In the summer the area can offer great fishing opportunities in several fishing lakes.
