Beautiful, cosy house "Don Quijote", 2 storeys. 4 houses in the resort. 11 apartments in the residence. 2 km from the centre of Llançà, in a sunny position, 25 m from the sea. For shared use: property 6'000 m2 with plants and trees, swimming pool (17 x 7 m, depth 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Single garage. Pebble beach 400 m, swimming bay 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 16 km, Golf Peralada 18 km, Casino Peralada 18 km. Possibility of a Bar-Restaurant-Pizzeria opening (15.06-15.09) with musical entertainment.     “La vue de la maison est superbe, L agencement est également bien,le balcon très bien
    Par contre, au niveau matériel et équipement il manque des choses. L'état des équipement est à revoir! Le lave vaisselle, lave linge, il manque de la vaisselle dont des couverts.
    La literie (du bas) n est pas de bonne qualité

    “Sehr schönes, toll gelegenes Haus.
    Ein kleiner Nachteil: Direkt an der "Kante" (10 m über und nur 15 m entfernt vom Meer) kriegt man viel Wind ab.
    Achtung: Auf kleinere Defekte am Haus wird man bei Schlüsselübergabe nicht hingewiesen:
    > Schließmechanismus mehrerer Terassentüren defekt
    > Eine Herdplatte durchgebrannt.
    > Ein Teil des Geschirrs etwas "klebrig".
    > Eßbestecke großteils in schlechtem Zustand.
