This terrace house is situated in a quiet residential area, and yet is in a central location – only about 500 metres from the beach.
The house has a living area of about 107 m², has air-conditioning in all rooms and can accommodate up to eight people. It is a terrace property with two floors, which includes free WLAN throughout the entire house. Due to the location on the outskirts, you only have neighbours on one side of the house. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen that has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The joint living and dining area is spacious (25 m²) and there is a large dining table here with chairs, a fireplace, a small sofa and a large sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed (1,80 x 1,90m, new in 2019). A TV with satellite (Astra) is also available, which allows you to receive German TV channels. A bathroom with shower is also here. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. In the parents’ bedroom there is a double bed (1,35 x 1,90m). The second room has two single beds (0,90 x 1,90m) and the third has a bunk bed (0,90 x 1,90m). A bathroom with bathtub rounds off what is on offer. On this floor there is also a sun terrace with a beautiful view.
There is a small verandah and a 71 m² private garden with a grill/barbecue area. In addition, of course, you are free to use the communal garden. There is a large swimming pool and also a children's swimming pool here. On your property, there are two parking spaces, so the cars can be securely parked.
The house will not be rented to youth groups, as the area and the ambience are not suitable for young people. Energy costs are inclusive, as long as there is moderate use of the air conditioning. The accommodation has air conditioning on both floors. A small pet is allowed.
The house is in a very good location because of its proximity to the town and the beach. There are shopping possibilities as well as restaurants about 200 metres away. The location is quiet.
