There is also a separate living room with a modern décor and a pull-out sofa bed and a TV, as well as access to the balcony. The spacious bathroom provides a shower and WC. The kitchen unit is equipped with cooking rings, a little oven, a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The other double bedroom in purple and with a panoramic window is a combined living room and bedroom with a modern décor, a double bed, a sitting corner, a wardrobe, a pull-out sofa and a TV, as well as a radio. Wireless Internet access is available at a supplementary charge.
The balcony with seating affords a panoramic view over the locality and greenery and there is a parking space by the house. The house is quietly situated, but is nevertheless near the centre. There are shops, a pharmacy and doctors within walking distance. It is also a short walk to the ski lift, skiing trails, the Waldbad pool and many hiking trails and restaurants.
