This is a luxurious 4-bedroom villa in Almogía. It's located in the beautiful countryside near the El Torcal nature park and is perfect for two families.

You can sunbathe on the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol 40 km away, go hiking in the national park of El Torcal or take cultural trips to Málaga, Córdoba and Granada. There's a restaurant 2 km away and a supermarket 6 km from here.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden dotted with Mediterranean plants such as agaves, oleander, yuccas etc. The terrace and swimming pool offer a beautiful view of the valley, the hills and a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The pool can be heated from mid-April to mid-November by using solar collectors. Behind the house is a courtyard with a table tennis table.
