Beautiful holiday home a few meters from the sea on the South Coast of Norway

Newly built holiday home on Båly Brygge, close to the sea, good sun conditions, perfect location and great views of the sea. All of the facilities that are offered at Båly area are in the immediate vicinity including beautiful sandy beaches (restaurants, activities, grocery shops, boat rental etc) * Possibility to rent a boat. * Suitable for two families. * Perfect starting point for beach life, fishing activities, hiking, boat trips, etc .. * Very good conditions for deep sea fishing (the cottage has facilities for gutting and fish storage) Lindesnes, Spangereid and Båly Brygge is a very popular holiday area in the south that can be used all year round. The whole area is laid out as a pleasant harbor in an intimate and maritime environment where the cabins in the area surround a jetty. The cabin is located in the beach zone, well within the hundred meter belt and is part of an old cultural landscape. Båly Marina, which is 2 minutes walk from the cottage is next door is a lively center for both professional fishermen, hobby fishermen and recreational boaters. Within a few hundred meters you have several great places to eat. The restaurant at Lindesnes Havhotell is just a stone's throw away and has a rich menu based on fresh ingredients from the sea. The unique underwater restaurant with a star in the Micheleng guide "Under" is only 200 meters from the cottage and at Båly Marina is the restaurant and pub Bådhuset, known for its good fish soup and tempting pasta dishes as well as a wonderful Thai and Sushi restaurant. In addition, both Mandal, Lyngdal and Farsund offer exciting culinary experiences. Within walking distance of the cottage are coves and beaches like pearls on a string with Njervesanden as the most famous. Should the weather not be tempting to swim in the sea, Sørlandsbadet in Lyngdal is a short drive away. To really experience the southern coast, you should have access to a boat and at Lindesnes Hytteservice you can rent solid boats in several price ranges. Sunny days at sea are pure therapy and a harp full of mackerel pure ecstasy. Not to forget crab fishing from the pier, or from the boat on a quiet full moon night. How about a game of golf? At Utsikten Golfpark in Kvinesdal or Mandal Golf Course you can take a green card or improve your handicap in spectacular surroundings. Lindesnes Golf Club also has a great training course just 500 meters away from Båly Brygge. A trip to the Zoo in Kristiansand will probably be on the program for most families with children; in addition, the very youngest can find happiness among goat kittens and chickens in the Children's Zoo in Svennevik, just a few kilometers from Båly Brygge.
