Luxury Villa Private Pool near Lindos ! Newly refurbished for 2021!

Villa Panorama is located just a few minutes drive from the iconic village of Lindos, Rhodes. Lindos is one of the most famous villages in Greece and for good reason. Lindos is a beautiful whitewashed village with narrow winding cobbled streets lined with wonderful gift shops, restaurants, bars and local supermarkets. As well as all of its village amenities, Lindos also offer four beaches. 

The main beach is long, sandy with plenty of sunbed and umbrellas and lined with great local tavernas, so plenty to keep you occupied day and evening. Opposite the main beach you will find Pallas beach which is a much smaller and more intimate bay where you will find tourists that have been coming to Lindos for over 30 years! This beach is also sandy and has a varied selection of tavernas to chose from. On the other side of Lindos village you will find St Paul's Bay which is great for snorkelling in its crystal water and then opposite, there is another beach just next to the St Paul's church which is also a lovely spot for spending the day.


As well as being located within minutes of Lindos, Villa Panorama overlooks the beautiful Vlicha beach and bay. Being just a few hundred metres from the villa, Vlicha beach can be accessed on foot or by car. The beach has great water-sports facilities and there are tavernas to enjoy lunch. The water at Vlicha beach is very clean and therefore great for swimming.


Villa Panorama, as the name suggests, has the most incredible sea views from its elevated position overlooking Vlicha Bay and these are probably most enjoyed in the evening after a day on the beach or site-seeing when you can enjoy a drink on the terrace and breathe in those amazing views.





Ground Floor

Gated Drive to Villa - Entrance to the villa is via an electric gate with parking for one car (further parking is available on the lower ground floor level.

Entrance/Reception area - Convenient shoe and coat rack next to the front door.

Shower Room/WC - Luxurious fully tiled shower room with WC and hand-wash basin.

Open Plan Living Area - The extremely spacious, open-plan living area is beautifully furnished, with stunning views from the floor to ceiling patio windows that bathe the room in fabulous sunlight. In the seating area there is a large L shaped comfortable sofa, coffee table and satellite TV. 

The fully equipped kitchen has quality units and top or the range stainless steel appliances. The dining area, next to the kitchen, offers a dining table and seating for 6 guests


Lower Ground Floor

Utility room - Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the lower ground floor. Built-in, under the stairs, there is a small utility room which houses the washing machine.

Bedroom 3 - A pretty room with twin beds, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and side lamps. Patio doors lead out onto a little seating area to the back of the villa.

Master Bedroom - The master bedroom overlooks the front garden area and enjoys splendid views of the sea and bay beyond . Patio doors lead out onto the lawn of the front garden. The spacious room has a king-size bed, side tables and lamps and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 - A really delightful ‘Shaker’ style room with white painted wardrobe and double bed, side tables and tamps. The same beautiful views as the master bedroom can be enjoyed via the patio window.

Family Bathroom - A good sized family bathroom with luxury corner bath with shower over, WC and hand wash basin.


SELF-CONTAINED HOLIDAY STUDIO

Entrance - With its own private front door and large patio windows to offer the same beautiful views as the other 2 bedrooms and let in plenty of light, the studio is very spacious. 

Open-Plan Living & Sleeping Area - On entering the studio there is a large convertible double sofa bed with coffee table and satellite TV on the opposite wall. On the back wall of the studio is a large double bed and a range of fitted wardrobes.

Kitchen & Dining Area - A separate area, to the right of the studio has the large kitchen with quality fittings and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.

Shower Room - A door leads from the kitchen area to a good sized shower room with WC and hand wash basin.

Outside Front Garden - Both the lower floor bedrooms and the Studio face the front garden which is mostly laid to lawn, with flower borders and with hard standing, to the side, for up to three cars. External stairs lead to the Living area of the villa, itself and to the beautiful outside patio with private 8 x 4 metre infinity pool, sun-loungers, purpose built BBQ and shower cubicle.



Outside Living Area with Private Infinity Pool - Outside, next to the main living area of the villa, is the beautiful patio with private 8 x 4 metre infinity pool from which to admire the fabulous views of the sea and surrounding bay, There are sun loungers, a purpose built BBQ and shower cubicle, lining the back wall. A wooden slatted roof provides the much needed shade under which to enjoy al-fresco meals at the dining table and chairs.



For food shopping for your villa, there is a great supermarket just 800 metres away where there is a very good selection of everything that you will need. It is called Flevaris Supermarket.


If you would like to experience some very Greek villages, Pilona is just a couple of kilometres away with its beautiful church, and then further along this road you will find Lardos which is always buzzing with locals in the evening. Lardos has some great restaurants and bars to chose from.


As well as the local villages, Rhodes has many attractions to offer for a day trip such as the wonderful old medieval walled city of Rhodes town. A car is highly recommended for a stay in Villa Panorama and we are very happy to help you with arranging a rental car for your stay with us. Another lovely day out is to the famous Butterfly Valley. This is particularly recommended in August when the trees are full of butterflies and the valley offers a cool respite from the August heat. Further South, right at the tip, Prassonisi is an amazing site for anyone to see - it is where the Mediterranean and Aegean seas meet. Prassonisi is also a favourite of the kite-surfing and windsurfing community so be prepared to see some action!


Villa Panorama is therefore perfectly placed for the local attractions and those available throughout the island. Its position also offers the most magical sea views.
