Das Anwesen befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Kolasin, einem kleinen Ort in der Mitte Montenegros. Die strategische Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, um das Land zu entdecken. Höhe, geografische Lage, Berge, die Nähe zum Meer und wenig Industrie, haben Kolasin ein Klima wie in einem Luft-Spa gegeben.

Zur Verfügung stehen vier komplett eingerichtete Apartments für bis zu sechs Personen. Außerdem ist WLAN-Internet verfügbar.

Der Außenbereich mit dem gut gepflegten Garten steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Zudem sind Parkplätze vorhanden.

Falls erforderlich kann ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden.

Fußläufig erreichen Sie im Ort mehrere Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Tara Fluss sind es auch nur 600 Meter. Die Distanz zum Skiresort beträgt neun Kilometer und zum Nationalpark Gora 21 Kilometer. Innerhalb von zwei Autostunden erreichen Sie alle Region in der Mitte, im Norden und teilweise im Süden Montenegros. Oder Sie fahren in der gleichen Zeit ans Meer.

Ski Suite is one of four apartments located in Chalet Kolasin.
Chalet Kolasin is located in the city center, on the main road to Ski Resort Kolasin1450. Restaurant Vodenica is located 80m, cafe bar Balkans 150m, a walking street 120m, museum 250m, botanical garden 900m, Tara river 600m, bus station 400m, train station 1.000m, two supermarkets at 200m, Ski Resort Kolasin 1450 9km and Biogradska Gora National Park with a lake 21km. Podgorica The capital city is 70 km away, Airport Golubovci 90 km, Airport Tivat 161 km, Airport Cilipi (Dubrovnik) = 212 km.
Kolasin is located in the center of Montenegro. From Kolasin in less than 2 hours drive you can reach all parts of Central and Northern, and almost all parts of Southern Montenegro. The sea is also 2 hours drive away, so in one day in May you can ski on the mountain, and after that you can swim in the sea.
Choosing Kolasin as your base destination you will get a lot of your time because you won’t have to look for an accomodation in other cities. You will just have to choose where to spend your day, and you are there in maximum 2 hours drive, respecting all speed limits. Also, you should have on your mind that you can see a lot of natural beauties from your car, on trips between towns.

The apartment contains a living room, small bathroom and bedroom. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is ideal for stay of 3 people.
Bed linen and towels are changed by request.
Heating is automatic, with radiators, with adjustable temperature for each room separately.

Altitude, geographical position, mountains (Bjelasica, Komovi, Kljuc, Sinjajevina, Vucje, Ostrvica, Kapa moracka and Maganik), proximity to the sea and industrial non-contamination, have created a climate which made Kolasin known as an air spa. In this town, during the hottest summer days the air is clear and fresh, so that is why foreign and domestic tourists, for more than 100 years, come here to rest up from high temperatures.
