The villa in Moraira has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. The 279 m² accommodation is very spacious and is divided into two independent floors, each with its separate entrance.
On the upper level, which is accessed directly from the street, there are two bedrooms with a large double bed each. One of the bedrooms connects with a third bedroom with a trundle bed. On this floor there are two full bathrooms with shower. The internal stairs lead to the beautiful dining room with fireplace. From the living room you access the fully equipped independent kitchen. The dining room has a grill and large windows that offer incredible views of the green valley. There is a side door from the dining room to the garden and pool.
The lower level, which is accessed from the entrance of the pool, also offers all the comforts of a complete apartment: a spacious living room with kitchenette and two large bedrooms with double beds and two full bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The windows of the lounge below open and give rise to a wonderful terrace overlooking the green valley. From here there is an exit to a barbecue area with a small terrace. On this floor there is also the laundry area. On both floors you can enjoy free internet access, air conditioning and heating
Separate floors provide independence but without preventing everyone from enjoying a dream exterior together, with private pool, garden, terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, outdoor dining area. Around the garden there are windows that prevent a fall of people in the part of the enclosure below.In addition, Villa Alcántara has covered parking where up to 3 cars can park.

The situation is very convenient with many services nearby although it is advisable to have a car. It is located 2 km from the supermarket "Centro Comercial ALAIRE", 2 km from the restaurant "Restaurante Alcasar", 4 km from the sandy beach "Playa de l'Ampolla", 4 km from the city "Moraira," 6 km from the Golf course "Club de Golf Jávea", 6 km from the train station "Teulada", 44 km from the amusement park "Terra Mitica", 93 km from the airport "Alicante Airport". It is located in an area ideal for children and in the mountains.
