4 Bedroom villa with private pool and sea views in the center of Protaras

This modern and stylish 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated just a few minutes walk from the resort of Protaras. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the spacious gardens and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

This stunning property is set out all on one level which is perfect for all ages. As you enter, you are greeted by the large stylish lounge which features a fireplace and comfortable seating area surrounded by large patio doors leading outside to the decked seating area. This leads round into a modern dining and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay including a breakfast bar with seating for 8 persons. The furniture and decor throughout is very contemporary and stylish making it feel like 'home from home.'
There is a fully tiled shower room with WC and the long hallway leads to the first of four bedrooms which has a bunk bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third has a double bed and the 4th is the large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with bath, overhead shower and WC, a walk in closet and a double bed. All the bedrooms offer lovely garden and countryside views.

A satellite TV, and WI-FI are included. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout.

Outside, the extensive garden area features a large swimming pool and decked area and is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. The garden has been beautifully landscaped and is made complete by an outside kitchen and bar area, making it the perfect place for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

This central resort location is an excellent place to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes walk.
