Perched on a hillside with an amazing panorama across treetops of the
dense Cypress forests and out to the shimmering cobalt blue of the
Ionian Sea, Villa Persephone is an idyllic place to unwind and soak up
the sun. Designed with outdoor living in mind, comfortable
mattress-topped sunloungers surround the swimming pool, and there is a
choice of places to dine al fresco. Inside, a wonderful open plan
living space is on offer, cleverly furnished with a mixture of
contemporary and traditional making it feel homely and welcoming.
Naturally, the villa is air conditioned throughout, and the three
bedrooms each have the convenience of an ensuite bathroom. Despite its
location which has quite a rural feel, Villa Persephone is just 1.2km
from village amenities, 2.5km from the beach and 4km from the many
excellent restaurants in Fiscardo. Fiscardo is a very pretty harbour
side village but very cosmopolitan with chic boutiques and super yachts
in the harbour!

Mobility Statement: From the parking area, there are 20 steps to the
front entrance, but none from the villa to the pool terrace. A bedroom
and bathroom are located on the ground floor, but most internal doors
are standard width. The nearest amenities are located in a resort that
can be reached by car. The resort itself offers flat terrain and is
easy to walk around.
