This modern holiday village is located approximately five kilometres west of Sidmouth, on the English channel coast in Devon, South West England.

Sidmouth is an elegant seaside town set at the foot of stunning red cliffs and is part of the Jurassic Coast. It is one of the prettiest seaside towns of Devon, enjoying period 18th and 19th century architecture, stunning floral displays and a welcoming atmosphere year-round. The town is fiercely proud of its wonderful selection of traditional and independent shops, which are a refreshing break from the hum-drum high street multiples found in so many towns across the UK.

The location offers a unique combination of sandy beaches, history and pretty fishing villages on the River Exestuary. It is on the main coastal road from Sidmouth to Lyme Regis. The holiday village is surrounded by coastal views and a famous Donkey Sanctuary.

Added to its many beautiful and varied beaches, and one of the best folk festivals in the country, it's easy to see why so many people come back to Sidmouth time and again to enjoy their holidays on the glorious coast nearby.

The closest sandy beach is approximately three kilometres away. Sidmouth, approximately five kilometres away, offers everything you might need for a memorable holiday: shops, cafes, restaurants etc.

Only recently newly built (2013) three-bedroom holiday cottage with a private patio overlooking the historic Jurassic Coast

This modern and tastefully furnished, fully detached holiday cottage is furnished to a high standard.

It has a living space of 120 m² and can accommodate up to six persons. It features an open plan lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms and two top modern bathroom. The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa plus two matching armchairs, a wooden dining table with six chairs and a large flatscreen television. The generously equipped kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Ceran cooktop and stainless steel extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the three bedrooms offers a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the other two have two 90 x 200 cm single beds each that can be pushed together to make additional double beds. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom ensuite with a bath tub, shower cabin, wash basin and a toilet. A second contemporary family bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The sliding glass doors in the living room provide direct access to your private patio which is furnished with a table and benches.

This is a perfect location for a family break and to explore East Devon and the Jurassic Coast. The Jurassic Coast lies within the un-spoilt countryside of Devon designated Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. Its alluring sheltered beaches provide a wonderful secluded retreat. Absorb the breath taking views and mile upon mile of rugged cliffs, blue flag beaches, genteel seaside towns, tiny fishing villages and both pebbled and golden sands; a walker's and hiker's paradise.
