The farm on a natural terrace is nestled into the landscape. It is surrounded by greenery away from street traffic, with a breathtaking panorama. Even so, it is just a few minutes from the lake, the mountain or the town. This is the right place for you if you are looking for a peaceful spot to leave everyday life behind in a fabulous panoramic location.

The farm offers two new apartments of a high standard. They are both furnished in a solid wood rustic style and have a generous room layout as a base for your perfect holiday.

A summer holiday on the farm means a holiday amidst green meadows, away from car traffic, where children can play on the playground, explore nature, have contact with the animals and gain an insight into farm work. The newly designed interior courtyard is for shared use. Around the whole farm there are generous lawns for playing, with a trampoline, a sandpit, a swing, a slakeline, treehouse etc. for the shared use of all guests. You can enjoy a range of activities in summer and in winter. You can relax on one of the many relaxation areas, or use the on-site facilities for playing and sports. In suitable snow conditions, the lawn is perfect for sledging and learning the first skiing moves.

The owners are dedicated to running the farm that has been in family ownership for centuries. The farm has cattle, calves, cats and hares. The owners are happy to let you participate in the seasonal daily tasks on the farm. It is also possible to book a breakfast service.

The nearest public access to the lake is a 15-minute walk away and there are of course many water sports possibilities at Traunsee. The farm location is also ideal as a starting point for shorter or longer walks away from road traffic. You can choose between leisurely cycle rides along the lake or more challenging mountain bike outings in the mountains. Not far from the farm you can enjoy a range of winter sports. The charming family ski resort on the neighbouring Feuerkogel offers unlimited skiing enjoyment for beginners and the more advanced. Those who prefer more leisurely activities can enjoy the idyllic winter landscape e.g. on a snow shoe or winter hike.

Holiday apartment for two people with a terrace

The apartment on the ground floor and facing the lake measures around 85m² and is suitable for two people. The large living room-kitchen includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, along with a dishwasher, a kettle, a ceramic hob and an oven, as well as a capsules coffee machine. The large dining table invites you to dine together after cooking. You can also find a pull-out sofa bed here for two people, as well as satellite TV. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and a sauna (incl. infrared rays). The WC is separate.

The living room-kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom open onto the terrace. The terrace facing the lake with its fabulous panorama invites you to relax.

Particular attention was paid to barrier-free accessibility in this apartment, so it is especially suitable for elderly guests and wheelchair users.
