This rustic, detached cottage sits in a romantic location above the ocean in the picturesque town of Stokeinteignhead in Devon. Discover the traditional English way of life and the beautiful coastline here.

The level access, modern cottage was newly built in 2012 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 50 m² cottage boasts a bright living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa,, a television, a DVD and a CD player and a round wooden dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen offers only the latest appliances, including a dish washer, a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. The bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.

The private, enclosed garden is furnished with sun loungers. Enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean while barbecuing and dining al fresco. A car is recommended; the property offers secure parking right in front of the cottage.

The owner lives next door and is available should any questions arise during your stay.

The cottage is about 2 km from a sandy beach. It is also 50 meters to Shaldon town center, where you can go to the pub, enjoy fish and chips, have afternoon cream tea or a pint in the evening. Shopping and restaurants can be found about 200 m from the property. Surf boards can be rented at the beach (5 km).
