Two attic apartments with a swimming pool, in a historical building

The attic apartments are at the heart of Polpenazze del Garda, about 4km from Lake Garda

This historical building has been carefully restored and exudes a special flair. The building is an old silk weaving plant and in addition wine was produced there.

Polpenazze del Garda lies between Lake Garda and the hills of Moreniche. Lake Garda is about 4km away. From here you can get to the wonderful art cities such as Verona, Venice, Mantova or Bergamo. There is a grocery shop about 50 metres away. Not far from the apartment there are hiking trails, inviting you to go on extensive walks. You can also explore the area by mountain bike or on horseback. The 27-hole golf course Garda Golf Country Club in Soiano is a highlight for golf enthusiasts. There are also many restaurants for gourmets, serving typical local as well as international dishes.

Attic apartment

This very quietly situated and light 85m² attic apartment is in a medieval building and has two bedrooms, one with a kingsize double bed and a child’s bed, and the other with two single beds that can be pushed together as a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living and dining room, along with three fans and satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. If you are in a hurry you can use the microwave. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can relax and dine. The coffee machine, toaster and kettle ensure that breakfast gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. All the rooms have heating.

The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery. Two sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and then you can cool off in the shared swimming pool. A private parking space is available on site, as well as many free parking spaces in the outdoor area.

    “We stayed over Easter five nights in a Polpenazze. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the facility is very modern. We traveled with a six-year and two nearly two years, when we arrived, was catered for: two cots including duvets etc, two high chairs, plastic tableware ... everything was there! The super nice landlord were accessible at any time for us, provided us with their help and advice and tips to the side and we did not miss anything. The village is very pretty, we have encountered no tourists, which we found very pleasant, right around the corner there is a bakery, a butcher, a fruit shop and a fantastic ice cream shop. We would not hesitate to come back and say "thank you" for this beautiful day.”
