Welcome to Bavaria

Bavaria | The Bavarian landscapes from the lower mountain ranges to the Alps promise next to lovely nature also lots of opportunities for recreational activity which includes hiking, cycling or other forms of sport activities. In the south of the free-state particularly Upper Bavaria and the Bavarian Alps with Berchtesgadener Land, Chiemgau and Zugspitz region are impressive. Further in eastern direction towards the border with Baden-Wuerttemberg the Allgäu, Swabia and the Romantic Road await to be discovered.

Also worth seeing and always ideal for day trips are the Bavarian cities. Whether with their churches, museums and many individual sights several smaller and larger towns have a lot to offer. Munich is for example not only a great place to visit during the Oktoberfest but with the Frauenkirche, the Viktualienmarkt and many parks it is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Numerous options such as a visit of the Deutsche Museum (German Museum), a stroll across the Olympic Park or enjoying one of the countless shopping areas guarantee you will never be bored. Further attractive cities in Bavaria include Nuremberg, Augsburg, Passau and Regensburg. In many cities atraveo has an attractive range of holiday apartments which are often a cheaper alternative to a hotel. But a number of smaller towns in Bavaria also have their own unique appeal. “Shops are several nearby (5 minute walk or a metro station next to "community center"). There also has restaurants, but we did not tested. All the city's attractions can be reached by public transport in 7 minutes.”

“The kiosk with bread service is open in the morning, the bistro in the evening - a few hours. There are 2 closing days. The barrier at the entrance is at noon. 2 hours closed! Unlucky, if you want away from there or purely. At night of 22-8 clock no entrance and exit. An emergency phone number from. But if there is. Nearby there are Lidl, Aldi, dm, Mac Donald's, gas station. A little further, etc. also Kaufland The city is well signposted. An outdoor pool is close, an indoor swimming pool with the car not far. The gastronomy in the center is very broad.
The place is child-friendly, playground, table tennis, plenty of lawn, just 10 km / h allowed. Dogs of all sizes were also there. Bike rental and metro are not far away.
When registering meaningful material is obtained for guidance and recreational activities.”

“To visit the Nuernberger Messe is there nothing better to think in terms of location. The campsite is situated right across the eastern entrance of the fairgrounds. All other amenities are hard to find (in winter anyway). There are strange curfew on the property. In the afternoon, you can get two hours of the terrain on or off by car and overnight between 22:00 and 8:00 the barrier is also closed. If your schedule is not in order, you have a problem. Outside the camp is not enough space to put the car, so if you're after 23:00 you come back, you have to have to walk very far or parking illegally. If you, like us, yet the whole day are working on the stock market, it does not matter, hence the assessment of the location.”
