“The pizzeria at the town entrance you get good food, as the restaurant pirate.
Unfortunately, there is no larger supermarket only a small mini market is overpriced. But in 10 minutes. Drive to get to Portoferraio there there are enough supermarkets. Otherwise Lacona is very quiet. Camper district and optimal starting point to explore the island.”

“Very nice resort, surely also good as a starting point for bike routes. A small deduction because this gastronomic offer has not quite convinced (wherein eg Mondo Pizza was much better than the fast food name suggested). One of the most beautiful beaches we have seen on Elba - if not animated by canoe competition).”

“A nice beach resort with one of the largest sandy beaches on Elba, surrounded by cliffs invite for diving and snorkeling. Also ideal with small children because it is slowly and steadily lower in the water. The water is clean and clear.
Centrally located on the coast is Lacona an ideal starting point for excursions in all directions. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, pizzerias, bars and other venues are located near the beach. Main attractions does not exist here.”
