Beach vacation on Ibiza
Ibiza | It is often said Ibiza is an island for the rich and famous or young at heart or alternatives. We think Ibiza is especially an island for normal vacationers. Next to Majorca Ibiza is the second most popular travel destination of holiday home vacationers who choose Balearic Islands and it particularly captivates with its lovely island landscape. The island is surrounded by a rugged rock coastline where there are a number of picturesque bays with idyllic sandy beaches. Behind there is a hilly hinterland with a well preserved flora and fauna. Next to the three larger towns Eivissa (Ibiza-Town), Sant Antonio de Abad and Santa Eulária des Riu there are hardly any other big residential areas. Most holiday homes are fincas which are spread out across the landscape in secluded locations and merely in some of the many bays are there little villages also referred to as "Calas". On atraveo you will find an extensive selection of holiday apartments and houses in such Calas which are in close proximity to the sea. The picturesque location of most beaches and azure water ensure delightful bathing pleasures. The hinterland away from the tourist masses also has its attractions with a number of stylish holiday domiciles available which offer an own pool as well as other amenities. Why not have a browse and click through the offers.
A small assistance: The most popular places on Ibiza with atraveo travellers are Sant Carles de Peralta, Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Sant Jordi, Cala San Vicente, Santa Eulária des Riu and Sant Llorenç de Balàfia.
Party until the early hours of the morning
As idyllic the Balearic Island Ibiza is during the day with its pretty beaches and bays the nights are atmospheric and hot in many towns. Particularly the main town Eivissa provides those dance and party revellers with lots to do. Here one is able to find some of the world’s most famous discos including the largest nightclub on the globe situated between Eivissa and Sant Antoni. Generally things kick off from 12 p.m. with the end more or less open – most often people stay until sunet. There will also be vibrant activity at some of the beaches. In Sant Antoni for example the Café del Mar lures where many House DJs have recorded their music compilations.
